Cosy and lovely villa Trosti with a POOL

This lovely Villa with a big and nice garden with a swimming POOL is situated in the middle of Istria in a place popular from his castle Grimani Morosini, a place Svetvincenat. Svetvinčenat, Savičenta, San Vincenti, three names for the same place, deriving from the name of its patron, Hispanic martyr Saint Vincent and the abbey holding the same name around which the town has developed. The renaissance town of Svetvinčenat, one of the pearls of Istria, which has become a tourism hot spot due mainly to the many events taking place in the attractive historical corners of our town. The very heart of Svetvinčenat is its main square, called „Placa“, together with Morosini-Grimani castle, the landmark of the place and one of the most important Venetian fortifications in Istria. What makes the cultural heritage of Svetvinčenat a memorable experience are the wall frescoes to be found in St Vincent’s chapel next to the cemetery and in St Catherine’s church.
Each years, this special little town is home to many visitors attracted by its rich tradition and its interesting and diverse events, among which the best known are the Medieval festival, the Cheese festival and the Dance and non-verbal theatre festival.
The villa Trosti has a surface od a 126m2 and a big garden with a pool about 723 m2 all togehter. In the house are four bedrooms . One bedroom has a double bed with one more bedroom where is situated a single bed with a baby bed. This is like passage room. The other room has also a double bed and the fourth bedroom has one single bed with a table and chair. In a bathroom is a bath tub and two wash basins, a lot of space for the whole family. The living room is spacious and it has a nice and comfortable sofa, there is also a dining room and nice new kitchen. From the living area is an exit to a nice terrace with a table and chairs. In front of the house is a nice swimmingpool with a surface of a 25m2 and 6 sun loungers. There is also a parking place for your car.
