Enjoy with your family, friends and a dogs in our lovely and sweet house Poli Stare nuoni in Modrusani. Little village near Zminj in the heart of Istria. The most important is our very nice and comfortable swimming pool in front of the house with a big garden and terrace. There you will enjoying in a hot summer days and evenings with a couple of fine Istrian wine and friends and family. The children and a dog will be playing around. The house is tasty and carefully decorated with a lot of love.The house is situated on a plot of 350m2 and it consists of a two floors. The main house where two bedrooms are is on a first floor. There you have one bedroom with en suite bathroom and a big bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary fitment. From a living room is a beautiful view with a large window of the garden and pool illuminated by the sun’s rays.
