Rustic Villa Sanvincenti with a private pool

The Villa is very tasty and with a love decorate. It has its own stil and Istrian autochthony. It containd of a ground floor where are the kitchen with a dining area and cosy living room with a TV, and toliet with a shower and a washing machine. Climbing trough a steps you will come on a first floor where is one bedroom with a bathroom, a bedroom with a balcony and bathroom and two other bedrooms with a shared bathroom. One bedroom has two single beds and the other bedroom is with a double bed. On the ground floor is an exit to the swimming pool and a terrace where all is so romantic and rustic decorated. Here you will enjoy in a mornings coffee time, trough day in the pool and nights glass of wine near the pool. All is very carefully planed and decorated. Also the villa has a WiFi internet connection and a parking place is in front of a doors. The children cot is on a disposal to the guests with a babies and a pets are surely welcomed with a payment of a 7,00 Euro daily per pet.

Svetvinčenat, Savičenta, San Vincenti, three names for the same place, deriving from the name of its patron, Hispanic martyr Saint Vincent and the abbey holding the same name around which the town has developed.

The renaissance town of Svetvinčenat, one of the pearls of Istria, which has become a tourism hot spot due mainly to the many events taking place in the attractive historical corners of our town. The very heart of Svetvinčenat is its main square, called „Placa“, together with Morosini-Grimani castle, the landmark of the place and one of the most important Venetian fortifications in Istria. What makes the cultural heritage of Svetvinčenat a memorable experience are the wall frescoes to be found in St Vincent’s chapel next to the cemetery and in St Catherine’s church.

Each years, this special little town is home to many visitors attracted by its rich tradition and its interesting and diverse events, among which the best known are the Medieval festival, the Cheese festival and the Dance and non-verbal theatre festival.
